Kudos to Jonathan Turley

He is the furthest thing from a Tea Partier, or even an establishment Republican, but he has clearly had it with the aggregation of executive power under the Obama administration. More people–regardless of party affiliation or ideological orientation–ought to share his concerns, but as we have seen, most of those who were both willing and eager to denounce the alleged imperial presidency of George W. Bush are entirely content to allow this administration to diminish and undermine the separation of powers, and to significantly lessen congressional authority in the process.
